SHIPPING RATES:

Canada:

Canada has high shipping costs and we all are facing it however we still manage to offer FREE SHIPPING on order over $89.99 CAD (i.e. $64.99 USD approx.) for our valued Canadian customers.

For orders below this threshold, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 CAD per order.

USA:

United States has wonderful shipping rates and we are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on order over $49.99 USD for our valued US customers.

For orders below this threshold, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 USD per order.

 

INTERNATIONAL (All Other Countries):

For all other countries we can still ship you via DHL International. Please contact us via e-mail: info@coldland.ca and send us your requirements (SKU of the product and quantity you want). We'll then send you an invoice, once paid, we'll ship you via DHL. 

Please note that for all other countries customer is responsible for import duties.

For international orders, we offer FREE SHIPPING on order over $300 USD.

For orders below this threshold, we charge a flat rate of $30.00 USD per order.

 

NOTE: 

All orders are shipped within 2 - 4 business days of payment received. If an item is a custom made or in case if an item becomes out of stock, we’ll manufacture it in 7-15 days and ship it ASAP.

Shipping time is bit longer for remote areas.

It’s extremely rare but there may be a delay by shipping/carrier companies due to unforeseen circumstances i.e., storms, floods, strikes etc.
